Your details are for your order request.

When you send a request, Sweets & More receives the name, phone number, area, occasion date, selected collections, and notes you provide. We use this information to contact you, understand the request, confirm availability and pricing, prepare the order after approval, and resolve service questions.

What we store

Order-request details and operational status are kept in protected website storage. The public site does not receive direct access to Nouna’s Food’s production database.

Human confirmation

Website requests are reviewed by the team. Information is not treated as a paid or final order until the design, quantity, price, timing, and handoff are confirmed with you.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact Sweets & More using the same phone or WhatsApp channel used to confirm your request. We may retain records when required for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
